 FAQs

  • Setup typically takes between 45 minutes to 1 hour.

  • We arrive approximately 1 hour before the event begins. Once setup is complete, we ensure everything is to your satisfaction.

  • For Selfie Booths, no on-site attendant is required. However, 360 Booths do include an attendant who stays for the duration of the event.

  • We monitor booth activity remotely. If a malfunction occurs, we’ll respond within 15 minutes of being notified.

  • Absolutely! We offer a variety of custom add-ons and provide graphic design services to match the photo booth experience with your event theme.

  • No problem! For multi-day events, we’ll break down the booth at the end of each day and reset it the following day. The backdrop can remain in place if needed.
